Excellent piston acceleration characteristics (longer piston stroke), working more powerfully compared to serial analogues of the same length.

The hydroformed receiver reduces the gun's toss and also brings the barrel closer to the aiming line. All this increases shooting accuracy. An additional coating with a hard anode ensures the surface's resistance to chips and scratches.

The stainless steel rod with a diameter of 12 mm practically does not change and does not require grinding when sand gets inside.

The pneumatic vacuum cuff has positive buoyancy, preventing water from entering the barrel, to increase speed, accuracy, and reduce toss when the harpoon is launched.

Updated handle. She became more streamlined and pleasant unexpectedly. But most importantly, it has become even more ergonomic, the thumb has moved higher than the barrel and, in general, the hand has become closer to the aiming line. This, in turn, reduces the toss and increases the accuracy of the shot. Also, the handle is significantly lighter, due to which the gun will have greater positive buoyancy, that is, it will float even with a reel.

The opening of the handle is made more transparent - made of textured plastic.

The handle, made of rubberized material, has a universal grip. The back is painted bright orange, which helps it find friends in the water.

The enlarged handle and large trigger guard allow you to use the gun even when hunting with gloves 7 or 9 mm thick.

The shape of the front sight has changed: now it has become solid and convex.

The descent is soft. There is no safety lock - for safety reasons, it is recommended to use a trigger grip

The front line winding horn has a slightly different design, being thicker and thicker.

There is an aiming line at the top of the receiver, which affects aiming in clear water, within 3-4 meters.

The piston has also changed. The piston cone acquired an angle of 45 degrees. Such an upgrade makes the shot from the underwater gun quieter, as well as the strange tearing of the polyurethane when reloading.

The sealing rings were replaced with new ones of increased diameter. The sear is now created using new, more modern technology. Its rear end has been redesigned to provide a smoother descent. The sealing collar has also been changed - it is more resistant to abrasion and tearing.

An excellent alternative to the standard side line release is a magnetic line release (purchased separately). The latter is screwed into the injection valve in the rear wall of the gun.

The Pelengas 70 Magnum Plus underwater gun is equipped with a SOLID (TAHITIAN) harpoon made of hardened steel with a diameter of 7 mm and a pump - exactly the same as in the Mares Cyrano and Mares Sten 11 line.
